Anemos' Multi-axis Absolute Position Sensors, MAPS, is the first sensor for measuring all six parameters of the position of an object on a nanometer scale. MAPS achieves extraordinary performance in measuring X, Y, Z position and pitch, yaw and roll of an object at a single measurement point.

Installation

A step-by-step guide for setting up the device can be found at Setting up MAPS device.

Usage

Once set up, the MAPS device has two interfacing for control and handling of data. Every MAPS device comes with a built-in web-interface that is accessible via wireless or wired network connection. Details on connecting to and using the interface can be found at MAPS web interface.

Another possibility is connecting to the device over the network. Every MAPS device exposes a a websocket connection for control and data readout on startup. The detailed description on connecting to and handling can be found at MAPS websocket interface.
